Even though Creativity Lounge wasn’t officially open at the time, they still went out of their way to accommodate us and helped print our urgent needs in a rush. The service was excellent and truly lifesaving! Special thanks to Luke for being so helpful and professional — definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the WOW Factor! I know we're only talking about digital prints but the experience was hands down the best ever thanks to Matt at the Creativity Lounge. I needed to print high quality pictures for a Christmas gift for my wife. With all of the photo shops in BGC, within walking distance, I chose to get in the car and drive to One Ayala to the Creativity Lounge because of Goggle Reviews. Now it's my turn to give Matt and the Creativity Lounge a perfect 5 star Google review. Matt was consultative, strategic and made recommendations that all hit the bullseye. I told him I was going to make a photo album for my wife, he recommended 4R even though I was thinking 5R. I asked him, based on your experience are there more 4R or 5R albums available? He said 4R and he was right. While we was printing the pictures, I walked the entire mall twice. I didn't see one 5R album, all were 4R and I found a 4R album, exactly like I was looking for – theme, color, shape, etc. The color of the 4R album matched the color of our house which I never thought I would fine and wasn't even looking for. So definitely a bonus following Matt's recommendation. The quality of the photos were perfect and the color matched the picture taken. Matt was awesome to work with and again, I know it's just digital prints but more than that it was a memorable experience. In this case, me being OC, it being a photo album I was making for my wife's Christmas gift which had to be perfect – Matt nailed it. Thank you Matt, Merry Christmas and "I shall return". The Creativity Lounge is now our go to photo shop for everything! It was well worth the drive 😀
