We stayed here for the 2026 IAAF convention, the hotel is nice, the housekeeping and front desk staff were beyond great! I would definitely say that the rooms could use a little updating, like the ceiling in the bathroom, maybe a new tub, and maybe the carpet in the hallway could get redone. Other than that, the beds and the rest of the room was excellent! The new carpet on the third floor looks awesome as well. I am glad they are starting to work on improvements to make guest experience better. We can’t wait to stay at the Crowne Plaza next year for the 2027 IAAF Convention!

Went here for a wedding expo for my niece. It was set up nicely and lots of vendors.
Really helped to be bride's get an idea of all the moving parts of putting together the wedding of their dreams.
Everything from dj music, invitations,dresses,food,photographer,tuxedos,and everything else you could think of under 1 roof.
We had a great time and lots of laughs

We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely incredible! The staff was amazing in entire time whether that be during cocktail hour or serving food during dinner. Any sort of hiccup was fixed quickly and meant the world to myself and our families. Zach, event manager, could not have been more helpful during this process. We highly recommend that you stay here and host your events with the Crowne. They will always take care of you!
