Perfect stay from start to finish. I celebrated my birthday with a staycation and the hotel went above and beyond. Amazing staff, spotless rooms, beautiful facilities, and delicious food. Highly recommend for travelers or locals wanting a relaxing Kamloops escape! I wish I could add more stars for the outstanding staff and customer service.

Great stay at the Delta Hotel in Kamloops. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were able to adjust my reservation on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the Pantry on the fifth floor was super convenient.
Jashan, Mohit and Ash at the bar were fantastic. Tim at the restaurant was phenomenal and attentive, even when busy. Rishi was always stopping by to make sure we were looked after and everything was perfect. The food at the lobby restaurant was some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!
Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Kamloops, we will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are kind and helpful and the amenities are great!
We especially loved the heated rooftop pool / hot tub and the Cordo grab and go in the lobby. It’s so nice to be able to get a specialty coffee right in the lobby!
