It certainly is a better day that Spire Hospitality is out with their terrible management and quality leadership is now back!!
Cleaner, quieter, back to more business oriented guests from my last stay a year ago where when i previously complained about the all out parties two doors down and was told that they no longer cater to business people and all are welcome. 330am?? Was my response and i had to pull teeth to get comped for my inconvenience. The previous gm words yes and she was not interested in quiet during those set hours only revenue.

The hotel was top notch. Rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and location was close to a lot of restaurants. The outdoor seating / firepit area was a nice touch. The in-house hotel was a delight too, gander. I would stay again!

I stayed here in December of 2021 because I was getting a flight out of Grand Rapids airport the next afternoon. Considering it's one of the closest hotels 2 the airport, I got a good deal on the room.
The chocolate chip cookie I got at check in was great!
