I flew to Butuan-Bancasi Airport, and it’s a small airport, but the staff and security were super friendly and helpful. They made my trip as passenger with my partner a breeze! The restrooms were spotless clean and fresh when we arrived. We were even greeted with local costumes dancing while we waited for our luggage. It was an amazing experience!
The airport is great, but it could definitely room for improvements. The air conditioning could be implemented in the luggage waiting area and more organized cab service. With a few minor upgrades, it could become a truly enjoyable place

Clean and spacious for a domestic airport. They have clean comfort rooms. Coffee shop and Pasalubong Center inside the departure area. Although, way to pricey, it's still convenient to have them at the area. Parking fee applies. I have not seen any baggage wrap service in the area.
