Doug Fir is an excellent choice for a night out whether you’re going for their food or their shows. I went to see the Q and Baby Rose show at Doug Fir and was shocked at how large and cool the downstairs concert venue area is. From the outside it may look like a sleepy diner but once inside you’ll quickly realize it’s everything but that. Their fries are absolutely delicious and work as a quick bite after a lively show.

We came here for a concert in their basement venue, but had drinks and food at the bar beforehand. We were immediately greeted at the door. When we told them that we had never been in before, they gave us a great explanation of what was available to us. We picked the bar because of time constraints. The bartender had snacks and craft cocktails to us quickly. Everything was delicious and the drinks were high octane. We had a great time and were treated well while we were there! Very nice venue.

Great Vegan beyond burger! Plus we had the best service that we came back 3 days in a row. Also check out the avocado tosadas. You can get them vegan style with tofu.
