My wife and I stayed at Dumaguete Studio Apartments for 6 weeks from early Jan. 2023 to late Feb. 2023. What a beautiful apartment complex! These Studio Apartments are immaculate, and the surrounding grounds, swimming pool, etc. was perfect. Security was fantastic! My wife and I never felt unsafe. We chose not to use their motorcycles and relied on local transportation (tricycles), and had absolutely no problems catching a ride to downtown Dumaguete or Valencia. David and Marisa (the owners) are very friendly, kind and honest! We were in the Philippines for 4 months total, and our stay at Dumaguete Studio Apartments was the highlight of our vacation! Thank You!!!

Amazing place to live, was there for a whole month. Marisa is a good landlord. The workers there are amazing, if have any issues or something. She will handle it fast for you. Thanks for having me Marisa and David.
