We recently stayed here with another group of friends for Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed.

The staff was absolutely amazing — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every interaction, from check-in to dining to housekeeping, was handled with warmth and professionalism. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Muchas gracias to the entire team for making us feel so comfortable and taken care of.

We especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was when we experienced a minor medical emergency on our last evening. The staff responded quickly, showed real concern, and helped us navigate everything calmly and efficiently. In moments like that, you truly see the quality of a resort and its people — and they exceeded our expectations.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay filled with great memories, laughter with friends, and a perfect setting to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with exceptional service.

We came for a day trip with a party of 7, and opted for the Cava wine tasting — it comes with 4 samples of wine paired with 4 chocolates that are locally made and sold. Fantastic experience, and a beautiful property! Most of the wines are fairly new, as they only developed about 5 years ago, and we simply HAD to take a bottle of Rose home with us!

We had a wonderful weekend at El Cielo Resort & Winery. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, and the suites are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The wines were excellent. Tasting them on property, especially after touring the vineyard and cellar, gave us a deeper appreciation for the quality and care behind each bottle. If you are visiting Valle de Guadalupe and want great wine, strong cuisine, and upscale accommodations all in one place, this is a standout option.
