Elegant Affairs has set the bar so high for wedding caterers. They catered my wedding in Sept ‘24 (outdoor, 130 guests, with a cocktail hour and an after party). They achieved perfection.

From the second I met Stephanie at our tasting (after meeting with many other caterers) I knew we’d be hiring EA. Their food is absolutely incredible. Their staff is somehow even better. You just want all of them to be your new best friend.

My wedding was the most incredible day and 90% of the credit goes to Stephanie and her team. They handled everything; Stephanie acted as my day-of coordinator, she coordinated with my other vendors, and she took care of absolutely everything even during the planning process. Plus she is just so fun to work with and so calm under insane pressure!

Day of, the bartenders were the life of the party, I had a dedicated person from the staff making sure I was eating and always had a drink in my hand. The food was insanely good, even my pickiest guests loved the food. And multiple people said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I am vegan, my husband is pescatarian, and a lot of my guests are dedicated carnivores, so planning the menu was tricky but when it came down to it, it was perfection.

I still can’t believe what a great experience I had working with Elegant Affairs, but when you meet Stephanie you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. Just hire them, you will be so happy you did.

Elegant affairs just catered a post wedding celebration at my home in Southampton. It was absolutely PERFECT. Alexis was patient and flexible as I changed the nature of the party from a small cocktail soirée to a sitdown dinner under a tent for 60 people with cocktails dancing & dessert both inside and on the patio just weeks before our event. Everybody raved about the food from the first delicious and creative passed hors d’oeuvre through the chef made dinner to the delicate and sumptuous desserts, the signature drinks and flowing champagne, the wait staff, and the white glove service. At the end of the evening they left my home in tact and ready for brunch on Sunday – I highly recommend EA on the east end as well as on the North Shore of LI where they catered dinner parties for me years ago – top notch food, service and presentation all around!
