We try to make this a stop on a pretty regular occurrence when in town.
The museum is always fun (take one of the scavenger hunts, even if you're an adult!) and the rotating art exhibits mean there is always something to see that's new.
We love the donation aspect of admission.
We also love all the extra activities to go with enhancing your experience.
Very child friendly experience, and interesting for adults as well.
A nice way to spend an hour or two.

The Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre is a wonderful place to see a concert, watch a film or attend whatever is going on. The venue itself is beautiful, I sat near the back and had a great view of the screen on stage. The screen is huge, the sound syistem is second to none and there are floor lights to show you the walkway in the dark, the seats are very comfy. The volunteers are very helpful, making sure you find your seat, changing where you sit if you have a special need and doing their best to make your experience memorable. I will go to events there over and over.

We attended a performance by John Muirhead. It was the first on-stage event I’ve been to. I always love the Esplanade. Great acoustics!
