Although this is only our first experience with this hotel, may I say that I am really impressed with our stay here. We could have taken the advice of several friends to stay elsewhere, to help with the costs of the main reason why we were here in the first place, which was for personal/medical reasons, I do not regret my decision to stay at the F1 Hotel Manila.
The exceptional assistance of the staff here, especially a couple of hosts by the names of Nep and Jeffrey, they had made us feel welcome to the establishment. They were able to assist us when we had so many questions and inquiries to ask about the area and hotel.
Our rooms were maintained and kept tidy while we had to focus on our other needs. Although we had some hiccups when we checked in, the staff were still very courteous and patient with us.
The food downstairs in the F1 Restaurant was exceptional, which we decided on several days to enjoy the food and the atmosphere of the place. The free flowing breakfast they had was on point and was always something different every morning to indulge in and enjoy.
Our overall experience has been exceptional. Thank you F1 Hotel Manila for a wonderful experience. Most especially, thank you to their staff, most especially to our wonderful hostesses Nep and Jeffrey. Salamat at ingat ka 👋

It was an exemptional experience. We were welcome with warm friendly smiles.
Everyone here are friendly, from security guards, front desk, F&B personnel, to cleaners. We were amaze with their heaghes level of service. Kudos to amazing F&B staff especially "Nep" who amhave shown a personal touch to my family. He has shown an extra mile by remembering his every guest and expressing his warm friendly service. All the best F1 Hotel Manila. We will definitely come back!!!

My wife and I completely enjoyed our overnight stay from Christmas Eve to the following day. Honestly, I considered cancelling our reservation (which have been fully paid since mid December ) after reading so many negative reviews (one day prior to our reservation) about no bath mat, aircon wasn't cool, hot water was only warm, room was smelly, and not cleaned up, hotel is old, outdated and needs updating. I availed of the emailed invitation to call and mention how they could make our stay truly enjoyable and specified all our expectations. And everything was almost perfect from entering the parking garage to the front desk where were offered an early check in at 12 noon instead 2pm, room was perfectly homey, king size bed we requested instead on 2 double beds. laminate floor we preferred instead of carpeted. contemporary and generously sized room, very cool aircon, electric kettle, hair dryer, toothbrushes, hot water, very nice shower, not cramped. Very nice location, only a few minutes from the center of Bonifacio High Street. Will definitely recommend to our friends and relatives. Very good rate we got inclusive of buffet breakfast. To avail, make sure to register as a member before booking.
