Her creativity, dedication, and eye for detail truly shine through in every dish and every guest interaction.

In the event industry, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to work alongside catering companies. No one has ever blown me away quite as powerfully as Chef Jackie and the Finesse team! They handled the food for several events for a large networking weekend I helped to organize, and every single thing was mouthwatering and flawless. Their presentation is so consistently beautiful and impressive, and somehow the food tastes even better than it looks, which I didn’t think was possible! I had countless guests approach me over the course of the weekend praising the food, from plated dinners to the graze table to the served appetizers. I’m still dreaming about the bruschetta and their cauliflower steak (one of the best vegan dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating in my life).
