The hotel is located in the middle of the town which makes it convenient for anyone staying to reach different places easily. Rooms are clean and they even have a Hello Kitty Themed room. Very budget friendly, the staff and the owners are very accommodating too.

It's my go to hotel when I need to stay in San Jose, the staff are friendly and accommodating. They have rooms with air-conditioning or just a fan with affordable price. You can even get a room for PHP 500 (less than $10) but it's a common cr. it's a great place to stay for just a short period of time esp when you have some meetings.
