We had the BEST EXPERIENCE!! Henry greeted us right away and we immediately felt at home! We did our check in right there on the porch! We had a fabulous little room with everything you could need for the nights stay and if you didn't I'd bet Henry would be happy to get it! He actually showed us 2 rooms and had we planned on staying longer we would have opted for the one with the all the comforts of home! O and they do have a Honeymoon suite with a fireplace ❤️❤️ which we were tempted with for sure! After we were all checked in and comfortable in our room he left us with the 2 most wonderful walnut chocolate chip cookies he made,they were delicious 😋!!! In the morning we took a look inside the adorable little gift shop they have and let me tell you it is a don't miss for sure!! They have some excellent local specimens in there as well as a UV collection that is breathtaking! There's also many other things to choose from he has carefully selected or even made himself!! Henry gave us the history of the store,and the property which was very interesting,even the graveyard. They had very reasonable rates, a BEAUTIFUL location, easy access and just the most wonderful vibe!!! Definitely if your going to stay in Bisbee, and if they have space available 😉 book with Henry and his partner. O and they also have this great little booklet that gives so much wonderful information where to eat,go out,activities, for adults and kids!! So book your next stop in Bisbee at the Gardens at Mile High Ranch and relax and enjoy!!

This little paradise is an hour and a half away from Tucson. The folks that run it are at least half of what made this the most memorable, delightful stay. It's a little glimpse of whimsy. Do yourself a favor and make time to visit with Rick and Henry. Visit the mercantile. Order breakfast. I recommend the waffles. Best Belgian waffles I have ever eaten. The breakfast bowl is also incredible. I came back from a three night stay feeling completely refreshed. This is north of all the business of bisbee's tourist district, so it's quieter, but you can walk down to join the ruckus at your leisure.
Make sure to wander the ranch! Say hello to the chickens, tour the grave yard, and find the secret staircase. We also recommend driving up to the top of nearby juniper hill for a sunset.

Every now and then, my boyfriend and I will get a wild hair and road trip somewhere we have never been. We decided on Bisbee and did some research on where we wanted to stay. I am so pleased we chose Mile High Ranch.
The proprietors were incredibly kind and informative about the history of the area. The rooms were ADORABLE and had everything we needed. Bonus: they had a carafe of cold water in the refrigerator.
I visited their gift shop and found lovely gifts for me…and James. I highly recommend this spot. It’s beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely be back!
