Outstanding stay, best hotel I’ve experienced in the Philippines.
The service was excellent across the board—genuine and thoughtful, not scripted. The attention to detail really stood out throughout the stay from the hosts.
Club evening reception and breakfast were both very good, with an excellent view that made the experience even better. The main restaurant’s buffet breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and quality.
The pool is clean and I appreciate the separate kids pool and separated lane lined for lap swimming.
Location is great, connecting to Mitsukoshi and right in the heart of BGC.
Overall, this is the best Hyatt I’ve stayed in, and I would absolutely return.

The grand Hyatt was exceptional in every way. The location service rooms spa pool area were five star. The breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor is not to be missed. It is absolutely incredible and extremely memorable. We visited the property on vacation with a family of five and we will definitely be back the spa was alsoexcellent with great masseuses

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila BGC. The management clearly knows how to train their staff to be phenomenal. Since this was our first trip to the Philippines, the hotel team left a lasting positive impression regarding the hospitality of the country.
The room was an absolute stunner: spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully modern, all complemented by a truly breathtaking view.
I must commend Alex, who was super accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel special; the service was unmatched. Airah in the lounge was very attentive, introducing us to local cuisine. I particularly loved the fried fish with vinegar and rice that Airah recommended. Arjim in the lounge was also superb; he recommended some Philippine dessert and kindly sent us a special farewell treat on our last day.
Every staff member, from the doormen to the managers, went above and beyond expectations. This certainly created a fond memory of our stay! The Grand Lounge provides an excellent variety of food, desserts, and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel.
