they have renovated the rooms so it has improved since the last time we stayed.

  • 3.0/5:

During our stay, we ran out of towels and were instead provided with blankets as an alternative. The other attendants were accommodating, but we had an unpleasant experience with one male front desk staff on duty. He appeared to be intoxicated(lasing), was difficult to talk to, and responded in a rude manner. We hope that front desk personnel can be more polite and respectful when dealing with guests, as we are asking questions in a proper way and expect professionalism in return.
