This library is wonderful! ❤️ I cannot recommend enough.
I was able to get a membership by holding a Kent District Library membership. I can check out books and more and place holds.
The children's area is full of different sections, special nooks and crannies, games, a puppet show area, and special cushions for kids.
I'm very grateful that this place can be a safe haven for the community. If you haven't visited, I strongly recommend you do!

Beautiful library in a great part of downtown. Parking is validated (there is a time limit, but it's reasonable). Great kids area, plenty of books and resources. I could probably spend a week in their historical records. Architecturally, it's a great blend of centuries, and I just love it!

Anyone who knows me, knows I’m obsessed with this library. They have so many resources—books, films, video games, board games, records, archival history, language learning, printing/copying/scanning, circulating memberships, suggested purchasing capabilities, small business information, various programming (like music in the stacks or holding local city-related meetings), and tons more (I can’t tell you much about their programming and events for children, as that isn’t in my wheelhouse, but get on their email list and you’ll learn plenty!).
Anyway, thank you for existing and using your funding to make our community a better place!
