Stayed here Friday 27th for 1 night. The location was excellent for us.
Every member of staff we met could not have been more helpful.
We were on the 7th floor. The beds were just the comfiest, really excellent.
The icing on the cake was the breakfast.
Such a beautiful array of top quality food and so, so much choice. Something for everyone's choosing.
I thought it was fabulous and would definitely stay here again.
Thank you Hilton because it is hard to choose as many lovely hotels in beautiful Liverpool.

Great hotel to stay in, super friendly staff. We found a leak in our room and even though myself and my daughter had adjoining rooms both our rooms were swapped so that we would still have adjoining rooms. It was no problem for the hotel to move us. My granddaughter loved the buffet breakfast and enjoyed being able to go up and down to help herself to the fruit. Food was always kept topped up. Will be stopping again next time we come.

Staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of fresh options. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool, close to shops, attractions, and the waterfront. Consistently great experience; highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.
