Lovely time here! Easy to book and easy once we get there. The bowling and service were great and the arcade and pool was really fun, would happily got there just for that if wasn’t bowling. There is also a Photo Booth for people like me who like to know 🙂 Had the pleasure of meet Lee and Neil who were very welcoming and made the time to talk. Would go again

We have the lovely pleasure to met one of your Manaers on duty (Lee). He did everything he could to delivery an extraordinary customer service no just with us but with all the customers around. Even been very busy he took the time to talk to us and our kids he engaged with all our needs and exceed it. He also did a very proactive job making sure young teens did comply with rules and policies making the whole environment safer and pleasant. We really have not enough words to express who brilliant team member you have, Lee is a great asses to your company so please make sure he gets a big thank you from us.

Big shout out to Tony, although there were some complications within our order he remained not only calm but also understanding and sympathetic towards the situation. Absolutely wonderful company aswell as communication – cannot stress how sweet and helpful he was. Good staff in general but Tony did so well im so happy with how attentive he was. Cannot stress how happy i am with the customer service here!! Cannot recommend enough – hoping your visit here is as zen as mine was ❤️❤️ Enjoy your stay !!
