We won a free night at this hotel through a church auction, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect when we arrived, but it is safe to say this hotel has earned our respect as new customers!!
It is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff is so friendly. The room itself was HUGE, and it had beautiful finishes. We cannot wait to come back! We didn’t get to try out their bistro, but have heard great things about it. We’ll get to it next time!
Something to note (though this is not on the hotel at all): this is not a safe area to walk around when it gets dark, so just beware if that’s something that’s a must for you! Big homeless population in Waco that hangs around this area, so stay alert.

We booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding in Waco. Hotel Indigo was so helpful and flexible! They adjusted dates for out of state guests, when there was a problem with our wedding link they fixed it and then followed up with the guests, and during our stay they were fantastic! They were helpful with all the little details you need – from a computer cord to deodorant – kept in contact with me to coordinate with various guests, served us great breakfasts and late night drinks – all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.
