Sophie at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful!
My last dinner was in their outside igloo! So pretty and my waitress, Vanessa, was excellent!
The other wait staff are also to be commended for their service, friendliness, and courtesy.
I was traveling alone, and they all made my trip a wonderful experience.

This hotel was amazing. The location is perfect – walking distance to everything, the beds are super comfy, breakfast is included and the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your next stay in old Quebec City.

Perfectly located for a walk into the touristy parts of QC. Suite was large for family of 4 (2 adult children) with enough privacy for all of us. Large bathroom with tub and shower and a generous sized two person sink and vanity. Kitchenette. Great seating areas. Cute view into the inner courtyard. Luxe bed linens and very clean. Breakfast was compact for choices but everything was good. WiFi strong and reliable. Sophie at the front desk is a wonderful standout – she provided a great recommendation for Christmas Eve drinks and food and got us a booking. Highly recommend this hotel.
