The owner and caretaker were so friendly and approachable. If you bring a car, no need to worry. They have a space for parking. Feel at home ka talaga dito. The water connection/supply from the faucet on the first day was like salt water hahaha, so we used mineral water for free from the owner. But on the last day staying there the water went back to its normal taste 🤣

The experience we have in this house for rent is overwhelmingly exceeded all the expectations that we've had booking in a random website. Tatay Essen, the owner of the place floored us with over exceedibgly humongous amount of customer service. If you want to stay in Iloilo, and have the HASSLE of being a backpacker snatched away from you, this man, right here, will do the job. The experience we've had with him is so worthwhile it might have topped the Gigantes Island hopping experience.
