I stayed here while attending a conference and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Housekeeping came by every day to make the bed, refresh towels, and empty the trash. I really felt taken care of. The room was quiet, the beds were super comfortable, and it was a nice place to relax after long conference days. We enjoyed the hottub and the gym as well. It was also closest to the convention center. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall great hotel. Very clean, modern and quiet. Parking was really busy on an NFL event night so we were referred elsewhere (that cost less and was secure and easy to access). Friendly staff, great prices.

Greeted by friendly faced Elliot at the front desk, we felt instantly at home booking two nights when the initial intention was for a single night .

The real gem of our stay, was the spa. With a hot tub, steam room, and pool, we were transported to another world. We spent our afternoons lounging in the warmth, letting the stresses of daily life melt away. This wasn’t just relaxation; it was a rejuvenating escape that left us feeling recharged and revitalized.

While our time here was almost flawless, there were some areas for improvement. The pillows could definitely benefit from a firmer option to suit varied preferences. For the designated quiet floor (15) where we stayed it was interesting to hear the crying of a young child for over an hour during the early evening hours . Additionally, the bagel shop could use more staff during peak morning hours. We encountered long lines on both Saturday and Sunday around 8 AM, and while the service around 7 AM was stellar, the late-morning rush felt a bit chaotic, with hangry patrons tapping their feet in impatience.

Despite these minor hiccups, our overall experience at Hyatt at Olive 8 was wonderful. Its perfect blend of comfort, service, and amenities, not to mention a fantastic location and excellent pricing, makes it a hotel we wholeheartedly recommend. We'll undoubtedly return for another memorable retreat to indulge in the spa as a hotel quest or day pass patrons
