Very rarely do I leave reviews for the hotels I stay at, but this fantastic experience truly deserves recognition. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Suzhou for a conference, and needed to print a poster. This proved to be a more complicated task than expected, in terms of logistics, communication and payment. In a panic and late at night, I ran down to the front desk, where the kindest staff member, Emma, saved the day.
She went out of her way to help me coordinate the poster printing service on Meituan, assisted with payment (since the print shop only accepted WeChat transfer, which is inaccessible for foreign bank accounts) and even followed up with me the next day to ensure that I received my poster on time (which was her day off work!). To top it off, she would not accept any form of tip as thanks.
This is the most excellent, empathetic and competent interaction I have ever experienced at a hotel in all my years of travel. Emma is incredible, and a wonderful asset to the Hyatt Regency Suzhou.

Great Hotel, Great Rooms and super Service. I have nothing negativ to say.
The Staff is very good, even if they dont speak english so well, they do there best.
The rooms are very spacious and modern.
(Only the water pressure in the shower was a bit low).
Location was top for me. You have the Metro next to the Hotel.
The Spa, the Pool, the Club, the breakfast
everything was top notch.
Would love to stay again.

Beautiful and convenient hotel. Many smalls and restaurants at the surrounding. The restaurants in the hotels also very good.
Hotel staffs also very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Will surely be back again
