Had a really great stay here. The staffs were all really helpful and professional. And surprisingly i have to say all of them have a good proficiency in english. At least we can communicate well. Even the concierge help me all the time with booking a taxi and there have never been a problem with communication.
Check in was easy and quick, the staff at the front desk definetely speaks very good english. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfy, nice pillows, great amenities. Breakfast was also great, a lot of variation. The dumplings are soooo good. And the views from the top floor at the restaurants are great. Gym was enough to train a bit here and there but the pool thats spectacular.
Location is perfect, connected with a mall, so many restaurants nearby. And an entrance to the metro station is just next to the hotel. This os the best location to stay in Wuxi. Will definetely stay here again anytime in Wuxi.

A solid choice for business travellers in Wuxi.
The hotel rooms offer spectacular views with while meeting your expectations with the usual chain-hotel comforts and amentities.
The gym is pretty well-equipped and the room service dining fuels you rather well.
Service staff is warm and friendly but has somewhat limited English. Basic Mandarin would go a long way in this hotel.

The hotel is relatively close to the Wuxi center.. Nanchang street, which is the best district for the tourists, is about 5 minutes away by taxi (25-30 minutes by walk).. The hotels building is a skyscraper of 65 floor. the lobby is on 43th floor, my room was on 62.. The view was really beautiful especially on the nights. The staff were helpful and fluent English speaking.. The top floor is a Chinese restaurant with fusion Chinese foods..
