This is the seat of power and politics for the northern Ilocos region and is where the government officials hold office. It's considered to be the town center and is located right as you get off the bridge that leads into Laoag city. For December, they decorated it with a large ribbon to make it look like a gift.

Located at the heart of the city. There’s parking but intended for government employees. Beside the building are vendors of various products.

A major government building of the province, Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol is towering and majestic regardless if it's day or night. A true symbolism of power and order located in the heart of Laoag City.
Food stalls are being set-up on selected nights. You can also hangout during the day in the benches. A mini playground is also built beside it.
Just surrounding it are other tourist attractions worth-visiting.
