Since our office is located here, I got to say the whole building is everything. It has a cafeteria at the basement level wherein on the same level you can access the Powerplant Mall. There are parking spaces, but mostly are exclusive for tenants/offices. There were few restaurants on the ground floor and mezzanine. Also there are clothing stores on the same floor. Offices on the succeeding floors can only be accessed by a key card.

Had my car break down in the basement parking of 8 Rockwell, and I was really impressed with the service. OIC Ansen personally guided and supervised the towing process inside the basement, making everything smooth and stress-free. Management was also very considerate—they allowed me to schedule the towing the next day after mall hours so it wouldn’t affect mall guests. They even waived the overnight parking fee since my car was broken down, which I really appreciated.
