Despite many of the closures in the Peace Memorial Park I was impressed with services provided at the Conference Centre. On the ground floor there are shelves of english books and a number of work spaces for weary travellers or locals needing RnR. Please treat it like a library and have respect for those around. Ps. There are washrooms in the building otherwise public washrooms scattered throughout the Memorial Park.
There's city/transit maps and information also available here.
