We tried the Grilled Tuna Panga, Sizzling Squid, Chicharon Bulaklak, Kinilaw, mixed vegetables, and their signature Ostrich Salpicao. The ostrich was surprisingly tender, with a texture similar to beef steak—flavorful and unique. The portions were generous, and everything was well-prepared. If you’re looking to explore authentic local flavors in CDO, this spot is a must-visit.
