M’kay, Karbach Brewing Co. in Houston is one of the best breweries around, m’kay? The staff here is super friendly and helpful — they actually seem happy you’re there, which is nice, m’kay. The food? Easily some of the best I’ve had compared to other breweries, m’kay. Every dish is cooked right and goes perfectly with the beer.

Speaking of beer, Karbach’s selection is perfect, m’kay. They’ve got plenty of choices, and their own Oktoberfest beer is top-notch, m’kay. It’s crisp, balanced, and exactly what you want from a seasonal brew.

There’s plenty of seating inside and out, m’kay. The outdoor biergarten area is great — lots of space, great atmosphere, and family friendly, m’kay. Parking’s no problem either, with lots on-site and on the street.

If you’re in Houston and want good food, great beer, and a laid-back place to hang out, Karbach Brewing Co. is where you go, m’kay.

The Korean Chicken appetizer was amazing. Well cooked with a little kick at the end. We ended up ordering a second order of it. We also got the truffle fries, pretzel and trio dip, which were all awesome! Will come back to eat.
