Beautiful hotel. I had a standard room, but it was high end—very nice, quiet, comfortable. The room service was delicious. As an American, I had a bit of trouble using English both times I called room service, but on each occasion, the attendant went to get someone else to communicate with me. My point is not to complain, but rather show how attentive the staff is. The breakfast buffet was incredible. There were delicious options suited for about every culture worldwide. I also used the laundry service. My clothes were returned wrapped or on hangers, looking brand new.
I highly recommend the hotel. You will be impressed.

Had a great 4-night stay at Kerry Hotel. I was very impressed by the extensive selection at breakfast—plenty of options even for a vegan like me. The gym was the most impressive hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The pool was closed for maintenance so I didn’t get to use it. But the hotel staff did offer to let me use the pool at the neighboring sister hotel if I wanted to. I enjoyed the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room, which were all open (in the gender-specific locker rooms). Loved the rainfall showerhead and deep bathtub in the room. I was having trouble setting up the ride hailing app, but the hotel staff were very helpful and helped me call a cab a couple of times.
