Disappointed with their organic food selection, it's extremely small.
I'm used to shopping at Fred Meyers, and unfortunately they don't have Fred Meyers around here. But king soopers gets everything from the same place that Fred Meyer does. So it's strange that they don't have the same stuff, and its not the same type of store. No clothing department, gardening section, etc. Just food.
The pharmacy has always been great so far though. I've been using it for 1 year now and I have no complaints there.

Idk if you have a bakery manager or what but they should be aware of what is being put out. I ordered this cake clearly based on the advertised picture but with what I got? I could have done better at home.
Update: this thing was overloaded with frosting, super thick on top, frosting all over the sides, completely unmanageable especially for kids.

The absolute worst customer service employee
She wouldn't do my return.I have the receipt and everything. It was from another store up the street. But I just didn't have gas, and she just looked at me.And goes, i'm sorry about that. And I felt so disrespected.People like that should not work in customer service. They should work in the back of the store. So now im stuck in this damn parking lot because someone doesn't luke their job.
