This is a great evidence of where taxpayers money go. It us fully air conditioned and good for events and graduations for up to 1000 participants. When tables are put for meals, it can accommodate maybe up to 500 people. There are lots of parking also so very good for those going there with vehicles. It was put up by the provincial government when Pacoy Ortega was governor.
