I recently visited Lucky Strike Chicago, and overall it was a fun and lively experience, especially if you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends or family. It’s not just a bowling alley — there are arcade games, a bar, and food options too, so you can easily spend a few hours just enjoying everything. The atmosphere is upbeat, and it works great for celebrations or group outings.

This place is so much fun! We have been coming for years (even had our baby shower here!!). But the best part about it is the employees. We made a huge mistake and Erika and Ariana flew into action helping to make sure our son was able to play and have a wonderful time. So grateful for such amazing humans ❤️

Many of the games were out of service and the kiddos did not get to experience some of the games they were excited to go play. 20 games to be exact were marked "out of service" and 2 that weren't working properly but not marked as such.
**Edit.
Brought down to 1 star after a week of no response from the business after telling me to email them. Seems though as if even their customer support doesn't have good service. Very unfortunate. ☹️😩
