This is a great area for family days out. It has plenty of different walking routes and stuff to do. There is a wheelchair accessible café with a kids park for all ages. There are plenty of BBQ areas around to use all you have to do is pay for the parking. It is a really beautiful area with a walled garden and pathed routes throughout which are good for access. They usually have large festivals on the fields in the summer such as the hot air balloon festival. They hold a park. Run weekly at this place! Well worth the parking! Highly recommend! Love Lydiard Park. Great open space in all seasons. Every season the park looks different. Great for walks, dog walking, kids, picnics.
The lake looks like it needs a bit of a clean though.

It was 16 Aug 2023. Its special experience to stay overnight in the Park. Very relaxed. I stayed just one night. If I come next time, will stay two nights.
