The management at this building is amazing! Sarah and Lisa really care about the residents and they were always there to help whenever there were questions or concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this building. Also can’t forget maintenance, whenever i submitted a work order, maintenance came either that day or the next! Thanks Foundry management for a perfect 2 years!

One of the best apartments in PGH ever. We have moved out because of the relocation and we still miss here a lot! The location is good, Lawrenceville has so many bars and restaurants. You can easily drive onto the highway over the 40th Bridge. What we like the most is the staff are always so friendly and helpful all the time. Also, very pet friendly. The neighbors are very considerate. Hope we can visit the Foundry at 41st in the future again. You won’t regret living here.

Full Disclosure – We recently were apartment hunting in Pittsburgh but ultimately chose to live elsewhere due to preferring a different neighborhood for a shorter work commute. That said, we were very impressed with Foundry generally and most specifically with Sara, the leasing agent who showed us around and followed up afterwards by going above and beyond. If you are wanting to be in Lawrenceville, we highly recommend checking out this community – it appears to be a real gem!
