This place is a gem. Polite staff and great facilities. The gym is a bit outdated and definitely doesn't have everything you need but you can still get a workout in. The pool is terrific and the basketball court is a huge plus.

In participation with the Allegheny County CARES Rent Relief program, the Kingsley Association, working in tandem with Action-Housing, LLC employed Navigators whose concentrated efforts serve to support renters through the Covid Rental Relief application process. The goal is to allocate monies payable to renters experiencing an urgent need for housing stabilization funds, I was one of those renters.

Having trudged a series of events, I found solace through the support and resources offered by the Kingsley Association Navigators and equipment,( I.e. computer, printer, scanner, fax ect… ). I was overwhelmed meeting the demands necessary to keep my home in the wake of this novel "Corona virus."

The Navigators showed tact and demonstrated high levels of emotional sensibility; grossly unfounded within vulnerable population community work; bedside manner, while I unpacked the events leading me to apply. In addition, the Navigators extended resources for food and affordable housing, advocated on behalf of my application, and supplied updated program information. Their actions helped to put me at ease and feel supported during the most STRESSFUL times.

Having experienced this organization, I do highly encourage residence of Allegheny County particularly those residing within the 15206 zip code to utilize the services made available by the Association. They are truly here to support you through the process.
