What an awesome building and venue! Went to see Matt Rife preform in the Benedum Center and had a great view from the balcony. It gets packed but the staff were very polite and helpful to everyone!

@Juliet was totally awesome production from start to finish. We found ourselves jumping in our seats. The set transferred with relative ease, lightening was not overbearing along with the music. Costumes appropriate. We did observe security outside and across the street.Even exiting the garage was seamless. This show was a 10 plus.

We’ve been season tickets holders for 4 seasons and always upgrade our tickets. We enjoyed the performances and ticket exchange were always wonderful and accommodating.
However, after receiving a call from the most aggressive customer service employee that I have ever talked to in this kind of service position we will not renew. This person should never be allowed to speak to any clients. Her minion that instigated the situation should be let go as well. Miserable individuals that don’t belong in the arts.
