All the staff here are fantastic – I have never had a bad experience and have been coming here for years. On my latest visit, I asked Stu to pick out things he thought I might like and he nailed it on pretty much every one. That’s what I love about this place – getting help to discover new wines

My first time at Majestic St. Albans, having recently moved into the area. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful and the store has a great range of wines, beers and spirits at good prices.

Apparently the busiest Majestic in the UK!? Great wine selection – obviously – but it’s the friendliness of the staff and their passion for wine that sets it aside. Store Manager, Henry, and his team clearly love their jobs and talking to customers – helping them make great choices.
Back in April 2020 they were in home delivery only mode, due to the pandemic – but still great service as they called to confirm and discuss your order.
My current favourite is a previous recommendation of theirs – a stunning Primotivo! Their ‘own brand’ range – Definition – is also very good; particularly the Carménère and Zinfandel. Also great for beers, ciders and mixers too.
