Very accessible in the heart of Lipa, services are good and staffs are very accommodating. Room is clean and has a fresh smell. Bedsheets and linens are tidy as well.
Cons is that no elevator and you need to climb up to 3rd floor. No parking outside and no meals available aside from some snacks and drinks, but fastfood chains are just a minute walk like Jollibee, Inasal, Chowking, etc.

The best affordable hotel in Lipa Batanggas, it has the most strategic location located and near Lipa Palengke. So you can have all the things you need, grocery, fastfoods, and most of all the room all clean and the staff are great!!
