Rooms – rooms are quite nice, pretty spacious and simple. Toilets are clean as well, but some lights are not working – I think they need some replacements
Service – I was accommodated perfectly, grant all my request even I checked in late. Unfortunately, coffee services are outside the room – convenient for the hotel but not for the guest. I noticed as well that you have to request everything to be given to you.
Location – Suitable if you have a car for transportation, spacious parking. However not convenient if you are commuting, located somewhere middle and transportation is by tricycle

They remove water heater inside the room and their food provider is not that okay compared to other Microtel like San Fernando and Baguio

We stayed overnight. Our room was ok except that the shower had no hot water! My husband used the shower 3x, the last time he used it, there was hot water! I hurried to shower to avail of the hot water, but it was gone!! When I went back to shower again for the next time, there was hot water already! But I don't want that in my hotel room for which we paid good money!
We also had to request the usual hotel amenities like slippers, dental kits, and toiletries before they supplied them. The staff, however, were gracious and respectful.
The free plated breakfast was surprisingly good, though. We weren't expecting much because the lunch we had the previous day was not so good but pricey.
