Steve cooked an engagement dinner for me and my fiancée, and we felt like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant! For the appetizer, he made a roasted vegetable medley with harissa and pesto (pictured here), and then smoked chicken breast for the entree. He was attentive to detail, listened to our dietary restrictions, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Steve, whether it’s for an intimate dinner or a large get together!
