Each rental comes with tables and chairs and access to a kitchen for warming and storing food, so planners start from a fully equipped room rather than an empty shell.
Outside caterers are welcome and there is no preferred-vendor list, giving couples and planners full freedom to bring in the cuisine of their choice. On-site cooking and food trucks are not permitted; the on-site kitchen is for warming and storage only.
A reservation is secured with a modest application fee and a refundable rental deposit, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier’s check, money order, and credit card. A certificate of insurance is required when alcohol is served or sold.
