I am a wedding photographer and photographed a wedding at the Milwaukee County Historical Society in September 2022 and it was such a stunning venue to work at! The venue is elegant and sophisticated set in a gorgeous historic building in downtown Milwaukee. The grounds were beautiful along the river, and the getting ready space was beautiful and perfect for the wedding party. The interior is flexible for ceremonies and receptions. The old bank vaults and the unique library make for unique wedding photo locations. I would definitely recommend booking your wedding here!

The Society was the PERFECT place for us to get married on NYE. Rich in history, a stunning building and fantastic staff (Two Birds Event Group) made the night one we will cherish forever. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour downstairs and then dinner upstairs, which worked perfect – no room flip! We're so grateful to Bella (Two Birds), Mame (MCHS Director) and everyone else who made our wedding so magical.
