Excellent facility, service and location. I moved my practice to Myrtle Beach Business Center at the start of 2024 and it has helped me grow my business considerably. The location has convenient access to all Horry County residents. The facility is extremely well maintained and the landlord/property manager are very attentive.

Myrtle Beach Business Center has been the perfect place for our business. Located on 544 in the high volume Sayebrook area in close proximity to Hwy 17, Business 17, and Hwy 31. It is easy to find and easily accessible for our new customers and clients. With a waiting area, conference room and mail boxes available, it conveniently brings everything for your business together in one location. David, Tramekia and the staff are always extremely helpful and consistently supportive of their tenants! I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a professional and affordable setting to conduct your business in.
