We had a truly wonderful experience at Novotel Araneta. We were warmly welcomed with delicious pastries, refreshing welcome drinks, and a welcome note — thoughtful touches that made us feel appreciated as Accor+ members. We also loved the complimentary cake, which made our stay even sweeter.

We enjoyed the relaxing ambience of the pool, together with the great dining selections from the gourmet restaurant and the pool bar. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus — being within Araneta Center made it very convenient for us to shop and explore nearby malls. It was also heartwarming to see Fiesta Carnival back in Cubao, bringing back happy childhood memories for me.

What made our stay truly stand out was the exceptional service. My husband accidentally left his newly bought Ray-Ban sunglasses at the gourmet restaurant, and even after we had checked out, the staff went above and beyond to help. They assisted in searching the room and different hotel areas, coordinated with Lost & Found, and immediately updated us when the item was located. Their honesty and efficiency meant a lot to us.

We had a good overall stay. The unit was very clean-the room, bed, and sheets were the best, and the pool was also well-kept. The location is fantastic, particularly for those working nearby, my husband was able to walk over easily during his night shift breaks. We did notice two areas for improvement: a slight amount of dirt on the sofa and the need for brighter lighting in the evenings. xoxo

Stayed here during New Year last year. Loved it since you get a nice view of the fireworks. It’s also close to gateway mall which is nice. They also have a wonderful dining area that looks like a fancy ballroom and has a monitor and buffet.
