I’ve really enjoyed living at 220 Riverside. From day one, the leasing process was very easy. Petra was incredibly kind, helpful, and made moving in a great experience.
The complex is always making improvements and keeping everything looking new/fresh. The building and common areas are consistently clean and well maintained.
Maintenance requests are typically handled within two days, which is impressive, and the maintenance team is always friendly and professional.
Overall, it’s a great place to live.

First shout out to Jazz for exceptional customer service and world class follow through. This was a 6 week turnaround with 0 prior planning.
Been a MAA resident for 7 years, previous apartments were good enough to stay with MAA.
This experience has been pleasant for an unscheduled cross state move. Once I made it to the facilities I was blown away. Location is fantastic and the views of the city are lovely; if that appeals to you.
Facilities being is one thing, but working with Jazz made the move in experience and decision making process that much easier.
Been here 48 hours and happy with the decision to move into MAA 220 Riverside.
