We rented the Library for a high end video shoot and the process could not have been better. Samantha Mayo was excellent to work with. She was responsive, accommodating and hospitable. The Jacksonville Library is an amazing space and working with Samantha and the team only enhances the experience. Highly recommend.

We solicited the assistance of the Jacksonville Public Library in 2024 for our non-profit, Diamonds Rising , Fundraising banquet that was happening in March 2025. From the onset of our approval, Samantha has been our point of contact. She is very hands on and takes her job seriously. She assured us that our event was in a great place and she would do what she could to take the worry and guesswork off of our plate. She came through with everything she said and did so with the most beautiful smile and care. The City Of Jax has the best person in this position. Samantha always made my colleague and I feel like a priority. I will never forget this experience, largely due to the care and treatment we received from Samantha. Keep up the great work, Samantha.
