Renting with NY Studio Factory was a very positive experience. The studio I rented was in one of my favorite buildings that was newly renovated. The common space and interiors were beautifully done. Jo was great to work with, and always responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend. Thank you for a 5-star experience.

I’ve been with New York Studio Factory since 2018, back when they were based in the Williamsburg/Bushwick area, and I’ve literally moved across Brooklyn with them to their current home in Industry City. That alone should say a lot.
The NYSF team have consistently delivered stellar service over the years. They genuinely care about the artists and creators who work here, and it shows in how thoughtfully the spaces are run and supported. From the early days to now, the evolution of NYSF has been impressive.
The Industry City location is incredible, and it really feels like we’re building something big and meaningful here. It’s the kind of environment that makes you want to show up, create, and grow. I’m grateful to be part of this community and can’t recommend NYSF highly enough to anyone looking for a serious, inspiring studio space in NYC.
