The Oasis Hotel is phenomenal! It is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Waikiki. Right next to the shopping strip and a couple minutes from the beach. Great location next to the running path on the canal as well. Little park for pets is right behind the hotel as well for those late night potty breaks.
Most importantly, the staff is incredible. Everyone is so helpful and kind. They're always immediately assisting you with what you need. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. If trade a ritzy stay for a genuinely helpful and respectful staff anytime.
Of special note, Aaliyah, Mike, and Mark are hands down some of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered traveling to 38 countries.

From check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Joshua, Tim, Allyiah, Kevin, and Michael were particularly outstanding, demonstrating kindness, friendliness, and a willingness to accommodate our every need. The entire team deserves praise for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a wonderful place to stay!

I recently stayed at Oasis in Waikiki, Honolulu and overall had a really good experience. The service was great from start to finish. The staff were amazing — super kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of during our stay.
We actually stayed here back in 2019 when everything was still looking brand new, and it was such a beautiful property at the time. This visit felt a little different. The photos online didn’t fully match the current reality. The room was a bit more worn than expected and could have been cleaner, and the kitchen gadgets felt outdated and could definitely use an upgrade.
That said, the location is super convenient and close to everything in Waikiki, which is a big plus. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay because the customer service truly stood out. I’m hopeful that with some updates and refreshing, it will eventually get back to the beautiful condition it was in before — it definitely has the potential to be a 5-star experience again!
